Lee is an accomplished Real Estate Manager who has been overseeing properties along the Wasatch Front since 2011. He currently oversees six properties totaling 500,000 square feet. He has been in charge of several major LED retrofits, landscape remodels, tenant improvements, and has been an integral part of the due diligence work on numerous acquisitions since 2014. He is very detailed and thorough in all of his work, especially in his budgets and CAM recs. Prior to joining VMG, Lee was a Senior Manager for the Horizon HOA where he managed 25 communities and their managers.
In addition to his work with VMG, Lee is very active in BOMA and currently is the Chair of the Events & Member Relations Committee. Through his participation in this committee he has helped to inspire new thinking on social event planning to provide better networking opportunities for BOMA members. Besides being an active member in BOMA he has also received the 2016 and 2017 CCIM Top Performer Award.
Lee is a Utah native that grew up along the Wasatch Front, with some time spent living in Idaho and Colorado. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the small liberal arts school, Westminster College. Lee, his wife, two daughters, and black lab reside in Bountiful, Utah.
Spencer Loock is the commercial property manager of the Key Bank Tower and several other mixed-use properties in the City Creek Center. While working for Utah Property Management Associates, Spencer’s teams have received numerous awards for efforts made to improve energy efficiency.
Spencer holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from Weber State University. He currently serves as chairman of BOMA Utah’s Energy and Sustainability committee.
Spencer and his wife Marynn are happiest when they are with their daughters, JoJo and Maggie. They enjoy exploring the mountains of Utah, travelling, and working on DIY projects together.
